Please find attached the pack for the GUE's AGM, as previously advised, to be held at 7:30pm on Wednesday 13 December 2023 at La Villette Hotel, St Martins, Guernsey GY4 6QS.

3) Financial Statements as at 31 July 2023

In addition, also attached, is a proxy form for voting on two resolutions. These resolutions are non-contested. Proxy forms can be scanned and returned or delivered to the registered address up to 5pm on Tuesday 12 December 2013. Alternatively, printed proxy forms will be accepted at the start of the AGM meeting.
